Hi and Welcome !

Thank you for being here and exploring what is close to my heart.
While our personal stories and needs are uniquely our own, the journey of healing and transformation is a universal one with many shared crossroads for us to find the support and connections that speak to us.  Every journey has its maps, signs and bridges to help us navigate the challenges and obstacles that can become the opportunities for our awakening. The teachings and therapies that I offer here in the form of workshops, private consultations, performances, songs and meditations have been created and chosen for their proven value and efficacy.
Maybe you’re at a crossroad needing support or looking to take the journey of reclaiming your authentic voice. You may be in the early stages of a life transition and needing to shift where you may be feeling stuck in your life. As a facilitator and a teacher , my role is to listen to your story and create a welcoming and safe space where you feel heard and inspired to do your inner work. I’ll share valuable teachings, knowledge, skills and heart opening processes to help you connect with the power of your heart to heal past wounds, deepen your connection to spirit and reclaim your wholeness.
